Uniform Ordering FAQ

Quick answers for businesses ordering custom uniforms from Uniform Division by Better Basics, a uniform maker in Las Piñas, Metro Manila that delivers nationwide.

What is your minimum order?

12 pieces per design. Existing clients reordering an approved design can sometimes order fewer, depending on the item.

How long does a uniform order take?

A sample takes about 15 working days. Production takes 30–45 working days after you approve the sample and pay the deposit. Plan about two to three months from first inquiry to delivery for a new design.

Can you do rush orders?

Sometimes, depending on fabric availability and our production schedule. Rush orders carry a rush fee and usually a 70% deposit. Tell us your deadline at the start and we will say honestly whether it is doable.

Do you make a sample first?

Yes. For a new design we make a sample so you can check fit, fabric and details before production. The sample fee is about twice the regular unit price.

What are your payment terms?

60% deposit to start production and 40% balance before delivery. Rush or small-quantity orders may need a 70% deposit. Quotations are valid for 15 days.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Delivery cost depends on location and volume and is stated in your quotation.

What fabrics do you use?

Common choices are Lacoste (pique) and honeycomb for polos, aircool mesh for hot kitchens and outdoor work, Swiss cotton and superfine for shirts, twill for chef coats and pants, and Armani-type fabric for trousers. We help you pick a fabric that holds up to daily washing and can be reordered in the same shade.

Can you add our logo?

Yes, by embroidery or printing. Send your logo file and we will show you a layout to approve before production.

What sizes are available?

XS to 5XL as standard, plus custom measurements for team members who need them. We can send a size chart and a measurement form for your staff.

Can you design the uniform for us?

Yes. We suggest designs based on your brand, the job each position does and your climate. You can also send a reference photo or an existing uniform to match.

How do reorders work?

We keep your approved pattern, fabric, colours and logo files on record, so a reorder skips the design and sample stage. Just send the sizes and quantities.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Restaurants and cafés, hotels and resorts, clinics, schools, corporate offices and service companies, from single branches to multi-branch groups.

How much do custom uniforms cost?

Price depends on fabric, quantity and customization. As a guide, embroidered polos start at about ₱1,000 and a top-and-pants set at about ₱1,950, ex-VAT. Send your requirements for an exact quotation.

How do I get a quotation?

Email team@uniformdivision.com or message 0995 826 9962 with your company name, positions to outfit, rough quantities and target date.
